Return & Refund Policy
At Stay At Home Spark, we want you to love your little sparks of fun. If something isn’t right, email thestayathomespark@gmail.com and we’ll help.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original pieces. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Multipacks and sets must be returned complete.
Use the original packaging when possible, or package your return securely to protect it during shipping.
How to request a return
Email thestayathomespark@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before mailing anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives broken, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. Please keep the item and packaging until we’ve responded.
About our 3D printed products
Our products are individually 3D printed. Visible layer lines, small surface variations, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of the printing process.
Multicolor and rainbow filament patterns vary, so color placement may differ from listing photos. These variations are not defects, but eligible unused items can still be returned under our 30-day policy.
Damage caused by drops, excessive force, heat exposure, or use contrary to the product’s care instructions is not covered as a manufacturing defect.
Items that cannot be returned
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Personalized items or products made to your specific requirements.
- Gift cards.
- Items clearly marked “final sale” before purchase.
- Items damaged through use or returned with missing pieces.
Regular sale items remain eligible unless clearly marked final sale. These exclusions do not prevent us from addressing items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
To request a different item, return your eligible original purchase and place a new order. Availability may vary.
Refunds
We’ll email you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If it hasn’t appeared within 15 business days of approval, contact thestayathomespark@gmail.com.
Applicable consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Where European Union withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Applicable exceptions include personalized products. Contact us to exercise this right and receive return instructions. You are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping, and refunds will be handled within the deadlines required by law.
